Known for his distinctive approach to design, Mikic focused his starting point on a celebration of pattern and colour, inspired by the pattern of Raoul Dufy (Christopher Farr Cloth wallcovering and fabrics), and the importance of colour in life, as expressed by Josef Albers Colour Theory, (the new CF Editions colourway to the Homage to the Square Series). From the layering of colour and patterns further depth is given by use of materials; richly veined coloured marbles, malachite and bronze sculpture.

Throughout, the curated art and objects further build on the personality of the space, giving an added elegance and glamour, all of which are for sale. With a graphic sensibility, stemming from his design hero David Hicks, Mikic has selected bold pattern and abstract designs, with rich textures from Christopher Farr wool and silk hand knotted rugs to combinations of Christopher Farr Cloth wallcoverings, textiles, passementerie and ClothShop cushions.
